灵活运用隐性知识来促进企业竞争优势,被越来越多的企业管理层所认识。通过个人隐性知识和组织隐性知识对企业知识创新和知识整合的影响进行分析,并对知识创新和知识整合对企业持续竞争优势的作用机理进行分析。结果显示:隐性技能、隐性经验、隐性情感、隐性惯例和隐性环境均对知识创新和知识整合有显著正面影响,并且隐性经验对知识创新和知识整合的正向作用最为显著。知识创新和知识整合对企业持续竞争优势有正面影响。该文章提出理论假设框架,采取调查问卷的方式、结合收集来的数据,运用结构方程模型对提出的假设进行了检验分析。

It has been acknowledged by an increasing number of enterprise management tiers that tacit knowledge is flexibly applied for promoting the competitive advantage of an enterprise. In this paper, the influences caused by the tacit knowledge of individuals and organizations on the knowledge innovation and knowledge integration of an enter-prise are analyzed as well as the theory of action exerted by the knowledge innovation and knowledge integration on the sustainable competitive advantage of an enterprise. The results show that, tacit skills, tacit experiences, tacit affection, tacit convention and tacit environment have a markedly positive impact on knowledge innovation and knowledge integration, and the most obvious factor is tacit experience. Both the knowledge innovation and the knowledge integration may improve the sustainable competitive advantage of an enterprise. In this paper, the authors propose a framework for their theoretical hypothesis. Through the use of a questionnaire, as well as by combining the collected data and using the structure equation model, the proposed hypothesis is tested and analyzed.
