目的：观察中西医结合护理对腹腔镜胆囊切除术（ LC）患者的疗效。方法将68例LC患者随机分为2组。对照组34例予常规护理，观察组34例在对照组护理基础上进行中西医结合护理。结果观察组术后肛门平均排气时间、腹胀平均消失时间均较对照组提前（P＜0．05）。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论对LC患者进行中西医结合护理，是减少LC后并发症发生的重要保证。
목적：관찰중서의결합호리대복강경담낭절제술（ LC）환자적료효。방법장68례LC환자수궤분위2조。대조조34례여상규호리，관찰조34례재대조조호리기출상진행중서의결합호리。결과관찰조술후항문평균배기시간、복창평균소실시간균교대조조제전（P＜0．05）。관찰조병발증발생솔저우대조조（P＜0．05）。결론대LC환자진행중서의결합호리，시감소LC후병발증발생적중요보증。
Objective To investigate the effect of the integrated traditional and western nursing on patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy .Methods 68 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy were randomly divided into observation group and control group ,each group was 34 cases.Control group were given routine nurse .On the basis of conventional nursing ,the observation group received integrated traditional and western nursing .Results Average a-nal exhaust time ,bloating average disappearance time in observation group was shorter than that in control group ( P<0.05).The incidence rate of observed patients'postoperative complications were obviously lower than those of the con-trol group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The integrated traditional and western nursing on patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy is the important guarantee to reduce the complications of laparo -scopic cholecystectomy .
