为了研究CO2激光对红外热像仪的干扰效果,用中心谱线为10.6μm的CW CO2激光器以漫反射方式对采用多晶硅320×240凝视型非致冷焦平面探测器和HgCdTe 288×4扫描型致冷焦平面探测器的热像仪分别进行饱和干扰实验,结果表明CW CO2激光器对非致冷型红外热像干扰效果明显,当中心谱线不在致冷型红外热像仪响应波段内时仍能形成干扰,而脉冲CO2激光器的输出波长不在致冷型热像仪的响应波段内时不能对热像仪形成干扰。
為瞭研究CO2激光對紅外熱像儀的榦擾效果,用中心譜線為10.6μm的CW CO2激光器以漫反射方式對採用多晶硅320×240凝視型非緻冷焦平麵探測器和HgCdTe 288×4掃描型緻冷焦平麵探測器的熱像儀分彆進行飽和榦擾實驗,結果錶明CW CO2激光器對非緻冷型紅外熱像榦擾效果明顯,噹中心譜線不在緻冷型紅外熱像儀響應波段內時仍能形成榦擾,而脈遲CO2激光器的輸齣波長不在緻冷型熱像儀的響應波段內時不能對熱像儀形成榦擾。

In order to study the jamming effectiveness of CO2 laser to IR imaging system, saturation jamming experiment and analysis are introduced in the paper. The laser is CW CO2 laser with center spectrum line of 10.6μm. The IR imager are poly-Si 320×240 UFPA uncooled IR imaging system and HgCdTe 288×4 cooled scanning IR imaging system. Laser was transmitted onto a diffuse plane, then the diffuse laser was reflected to the imager. The results are analyzed and show that the interference effectiveness of IR imaging system by CW CO2 laser is obvious. The center spectrum line of CW CO2 laser is outside the confines of the response band of cooled IR imaging system, but it can engender interference. However, the pulse CO2 laser can not do it when the output wavelength is outside the confines of the response band of cooled IR imaging system.
