目的：观察益气活血化痰汤对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作期（ AECOPD ）患者肺功能和血液流变学的影响。方法将AECOPD 60例患者随机分为2组。对照组30例予西医常规治疗，治疗组30例在对照组治疗基础上加用益气活血化痰汤。2组均15 d为1个疗程，1个疗程后统计疗效，并观察2组治疗前后肺功能、血液流变学及临床症状积分的改变。结果2组治疗后肺功能、血液流变学及临床症状评分均改善（P＜0．05），且治疗组改善程度优于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论益气活血化痰汤可改善AECOPD 患者的临床症状，降低血液黏度，改善肺功能。
목적：관찰익기활혈화담탕대만성조새성폐질병급성발작기（ AECOPD ）환자폐공능화혈액류변학적영향。방법장AECOPD 60례환자수궤분위2조。대조조30례여서의상규치료，치료조30례재대조조치료기출상가용익기활혈화담탕。2조균15 d위1개료정，1개료정후통계료효，병관찰2조치료전후폐공능、혈액류변학급림상증상적분적개변。결과2조치료후폐공능、혈액류변학급림상증상평분균개선（P＜0．05），차치료조개선정도우우대조조（P＜0．05）。결론익기활혈화담탕가개선AECOPD 환자적림상증상，강저혈액점도，개선폐공능。
Objective To observe the effect of Yiqihuoxuehuatan decoction on hemorheology and lung func -tion in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease ( AECOPD) .Methods 60 AECO-PD patients were randomly divided into two groups .30 patients in control group received routine therapy .30 cases in treatment group received Yiqihuoxuehuatan decoction combined with routine therapy .The therapeutic course was 15 days in two groups .The changes of lung function , hemorheology and clinical symptoms before and after treatment were observed in two groups.Results There was no significant difference between two groups on lung function , hemorhe-ology and clinical symptoms before treatment (P>0.05).Lung function, hemorheology and clinical symptoms after treatment were improved in two groups (P<0.05).The improvement in treatment group was superior to that in con-trol group (P<0.05).Conclusion Yiqihuoxuehuatan decoction can improve clinical symptoms of AECOPD , re-duce Blood Viscosity and improve .
