目的探讨糖尿病( DM)和不稳定型心绞痛( UAP)患者血清Neuregulin-1β( NRG-1β)因子浓度与血清中5种血管生成因子的相关性。方法选择DM患者42例, UAP患者57例,健康体检者36例作为对照组。采用蛋白芯片方法检测各组血清NRG-1β、血管内皮生长因子( VEGF )、血管生成素-1( Ang-1)、血管生成素-2( Ang-2)、血管生成素及血管抑素浓度。结果3组NRG-1β、Ang-1、血管生成素、血管抑素浓度比较,差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。 UAP组血清VEGF、Ang-2浓度明显高于对照组和DM组(P<0.05),而对照组和DM组VEGF、Ang-2浓度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。 UAP组和DM组NRG-1β浓度均与VEGF、Ang-1浓度呈正相关( P均<0.05)。结论 UAP和DM患者血清NRG-1β与VEGF、Ang-1密切相关,提示NRG-1β可能通过调节VEGF、Ang-1影响UAP和糖尿病相关血管新生和侧支血管的形成。

목적탐토당뇨병( DM)화불은정형심교통( UAP)환자혈청Neuregulin-1β( NRG-1β)인자농도여혈청중5충혈관생성인자적상관성。방법선택DM환자42례, UAP환자57례,건강체검자36례작위대조조。채용단백심편방법검측각조혈청NRG-1β、혈관내피생장인자( VEGF )、혈관생성소-1( Ang-1)、혈관생성소-2( Ang-2)、혈관생성소급혈관억소농도。결과3조NRG-1β、Ang-1、혈관생성소、혈관억소농도비교,차이균무통계학의의(P균>0.05)。 UAP조혈청VEGF、Ang-2농도명현고우대조조화DM조(P<0.05),이대조조화DM조VEGF、Ang-2농도차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。 UAP조화DM조NRG-1β농도균여VEGF、Ang-1농도정정상관( P균<0.05)。결론 UAP화DM환자혈청NRG-1β여VEGF、Ang-1밀절상관,제시NRG-1β가능통과조절VEGF、Ang-1영향UAP화당뇨병상관혈관신생화측지혈관적형성。
Objective To investigate the correlation of serum concentration of neuregulin-1β( NRG-1β) with serum concentration of five different angiogenic factors in the patients with diabetes mellitus ( DM) and unable angina pectoris(UAP).Methods Forty-two patients with DM(DM group) and 57 patients with UAP(UAP group) were selected as study groups,and 36 healthy people as control group .Cytokine array technology was used to detect serum concentrations of NRG-1β,vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF),angiogenin-1(Ang-1),angiogenin-2(Ang-2),angiogenin,angiostatin in each group.Results There were no significant differences in the serum concentrations of NRG-1β,Ang-1,angiogenin and angiostatin among three groups ( all P >0 .05 ) .Serum concentrations of VEGF , Ang-2 in the UAP group were significantly higher than those in the control group or DM group(P<0.05),which showed no significant difference between control group and DM group (P>0.05).Serum concentration of NRG-1βpositively correlated with serum concentrations of VEGF and Ang-1 in the UAP group or DM group (all P<0.05).Conclusion Serum concentration of NRG-1βsignificantly correlates with serum concentrations of VEGF and Ang-1 in DM or UAP patients .It suggests that NRG-1βmay play an important role in the angiogenesis and formation of myocardial collateral vessels by regulating the expression of VEGF and Ang-1 in DM or UAP patients .
