The problems in incineration type HRSG of RFCC were analyzed, such as high temperature economizer corrosion leak, high exhaust gas temperature and so on. Through technical transformation, the economizer was updated, which made the economizer run steadily to improve ability of recovering the high temperature gas, reducing the temperature of exhaust gas. After the transformation, energy saving and economic benefits are notable.
