以L-酪氨酸和L-丙氨酸为原料,苄氧羰基保护丙氨酸,甲酯保护酪氨酸,EDCI-HOBt法合成丙酪二肽,总摩尔收率(以酪氨酸计)为42%,结构经IR、APCI-MS、NMR表征。
以L-酪氨痠和L-丙氨痠為原料,芐氧羰基保護丙氨痠,甲酯保護酪氨痠,EDCI-HOBt法閤成丙酪二肽,總摩爾收率(以酪氨痠計)為42%,結構經IR、APCI-MS、NMR錶徵。
이L-락안산화L-병안산위원료,변양탄기보호병안산,갑지보호락안산,EDCI-HOBt법합성병락이태,총마이수솔(이락안산계)위42%,결구경IR、APCI-MS、NMR표정。
Methanol was used to protect the carboxyl group of L-tyrosine, carbobenzoxy(Cbz)was selected as the amino protection group of L-alanine, and L-alanyl-L-tyrosine was obtained through the EDCI-HOBt dipeptidesynthesis. The total yield was 42%, the structure was characterized by IR, APCI-MS and NMR.
