Wastewater from the chemical copper-plating process was treated by an economic and effective method. In order to decrease the cost, save the resource and protect the environment, copper and EDTA were recycled by oxidation-reduction and precipitation method, respectively;And seignette salt was removed by bleach. Then, the combined process of activated carbon, Fenton and ultrasonic was used to degrade other organic materials to make the chemical oxygen demand (COD) value reach the national discharge standard.
