研究了梳棉机锡林速度变化对未成熟纤维含量的影响问题。研究结果显示,锡林速度对未成熟纤维含量的影响是显著的:在梳棉、头道并条过程中,未成熟纤维含量均逐渐减少,未成熟纤维含量并不随着锡林速度的提高而成线性变化,先是减少而后逐渐递增;在二道并条过程中,未成熟纤维含量随着锡林速度的提高而增加。
研究瞭梳棉機錫林速度變化對未成熟纖維含量的影響問題。研究結果顯示,錫林速度對未成熟纖維含量的影響是顯著的:在梳棉、頭道併條過程中,未成熟纖維含量均逐漸減少,未成熟纖維含量併不隨著錫林速度的提高而成線性變化,先是減少而後逐漸遞增;在二道併條過程中,未成熟纖維含量隨著錫林速度的提高而增加。
연구료소면궤석림속도변화대미성숙섬유함량적영향문제。연구결과현시,석림속도대미성숙섬유함량적영향시현저적:재소면、두도병조과정중,미성숙섬유함량균축점감소,미성숙섬유함량병불수착석림속도적제고이성선성변화,선시감소이후축점체증;재이도병조과정중,미성숙섬유함량수착석림속도적제고이증가。
The article carried out a study of the relationship between cylinder speed of carding machine and immature fiber content. The study result shows that the speed of cylinder has evident effect on immature fiber content. First, the immature fiber content is gradually reducing in both carding and first drawing steps and it didn’t pick up along with the increase of cylinder speed;but in the second drawing step, immature fiber content is increasing along with the increase of cylinder speed.
