Article briefly describes the current domestic college students extracurricular reading some basic situa-tion and development tendency, and to cause this situation and development tendency of the specific causes are an-alyzed on the basis of increased REVIEW from efforts to establish Reading Association Development readers, plan-ning a variety of themed events, focusing on the use of network and multimedia technology to interact with readers and other six areas proposed university libraries effectively promote college extracurricular reading methods and strategies.
