在高耗能企业中采用12脉波感应滤波技术能有效治理谐波、低功率因数等电能质量问题。但在实际工程应用中,由于系统阻抗参数波动以及变压器、感应滤波装置参数匹配、设计不当等原因,产生低次谐波电流放大的现象,导致感应滤波系统的滤波性能受到影响,严重时会威胁整个感应滤波系统的安全运行。本文从理论上分析了谐波放大现象的机理,建立了系统谐波作用的数学模型,给出了在变压器滤波绕组侧采取混合有源滤波或对无源滤波装置优化设计两种防治谐波放大的方案。该方案在某电解铝企业得到了应用,有效解决了低次谐波放大现象,仿真及工程现场运行验证了理论分析的正确性。

The twelve-pulse inductive filtering technology can effectively solve power quality problems such as harmonic pollution, poor power factor, etc., in energy-intensive enterprises. However, due to the variation of grid impedance and the mismatching parameters between new converter transformer and its inductive filtering devices, low-order harmonic currents in the supply current might be amplified in a practical engineering application, which endangers the filter performance and the safe operation of inductive filtering system. In this paper, the mechanism of harmonic amplification is analyzed and the mathematical model of system harmonic is established. Then, two solution schemes, that are adopting hybrid active filter and optimized pure passive filters, are presented. The later scheme has been applied in an electrolytic aluminum enterprise, which is effective to solve the phenomena of the harmonic enlargement of low order harmonic currents. The simulation and the engineering test results validate the correctness of theoretical analysis.
