目的：观察自拟项痹酊联合中药汽化疗法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的治疗效果。方法：对照组采用倍他司汀注射液20 mg加入5％葡萄糖250ml每日1次静脉滴注，葛根素0.4 g加入5％葡萄糖250ml每日1次静脉滴注。治疗组采用在对照组基础上配合外用自拟项痹酊并行中药汽化疗法。观察两组患者症状变化。结果：治疗第3日、第7日治疗组和对照组两组治愈率的比较，治疗组疗效明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义( P<0.01)。结论：自拟项痹酊联合中药汽化疗法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病可以明显缩短疗程，提高治愈率。
목적：관찰자의항비정연합중약기화요법치료추동맥형경추병적치료효과。방법：대조조채용배타사정주사액20 mg가입5％포도당250ml매일1차정맥적주，갈근소0.4 g가입5％포도당250ml매일1차정맥적주。치료조채용재대조조기출상배합외용자의항비정병행중약기화요법。관찰량조환자증상변화。결과：치료제3일、제7일치료조화대조조량조치유솔적비교，치료조료효명현우우대조조，차이유통계학의의( P<0.01)。결론：자의항비정연합중약기화요법치료추동맥형경추병가이명현축단료정，제고치유솔。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of a bi tincture combined with traditional Chinese medicine vaporization treatment of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis. Methods:the control group with betahistine injection 20 mg in 5%glucose 250ml once per day, intravenous drip of puerarin 0.4g was added into 5%glucose, 250ml intravenous infusion once per day. On the basis of the control group, treatment group patients were in treatment of the external Chinese medicine tincture by a bi parallel vaporization. Observe the change of the symptoms of the two groups’ patients. Results:On the third day, seventh day, comparison between the cure rate of the treatment group and the control group, the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). Conclusion: since the term Bi tincture combined with traditional Chinese medicine vaporization, treatment of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis can obviously shorten the course of treatment, and improve the cure rate.
