目的：探讨荆花胃康胶丸治疗胃溃疡的临床效果。方法将我院自2010年1月～2012年6月收治的160例胃溃疡患者按照随机、自愿的原则分为对照组和观察组，每组各80例。对照组给予奥美拉唑治疗，观察组在对照组基础上加用荆花胃康胶丸治疗，幽门螺杆菌阳性患者同时加用抗生素，疗程8周。比较治疗后两组患者临床效果以及治疗过程中不良反应发生情况。结果观察组总有效率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（90.0% vs 80.0%，P<0.05）；两组间不良反应发生情况相似，无统计学差异。结论荆花胃康胶丸治疗胃溃疡临床效果显著，值得推广应用。
목적：탐토형화위강효환치료위궤양적림상효과。방법장아원자2010년1월～2012년6월수치적160례위궤양환자안조수궤、자원적원칙분위대조조화관찰조，매조각80례。대조조급여오미랍서치료，관찰조재대조조기출상가용형화위강효환치료，유문라간균양성환자동시가용항생소，료정8주。비교치료후량조환자림상효과이급치료과정중불량반응발생정황。결과관찰조총유효솔명현고우대조조，차이유통계학의의（90.0% vs 80.0%，P<0.05）；량조간불량반응발생정황상사，무통계학차이。결론형화위강효환치료위궤양림상효과현저，치득추엄응용。
Objective To discuss the clinical effects of JingHua stomach kang capsule treating on patients with gastric ulcer .Methods 160 patients with gastric ulcer admitted at our hospital from January 2010 and June 2012 were randomly and voluntarily divided into control group (n=80) and observation group (n=80).The control group were given omeprazole treatment ,while the observation group were given JingHua stomach kang capsule on the basis of the control group ,the course was eight weeks .the clinical effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared .Results The total effective rate the observation group was higher than the control group ,differences were statistically significant(90.0%vs 80.0%,P<0.05);similar adverse reactions occurred between the two groups and were no statistical significance between the two groups .Conclusion The clinical effects of JingHua stomach kang capsule treating on patients with gastric ulcer is remarkable and it is worth popularization and application.
