目的：挖掘，复习，研究，交流研治糖尿病足的体会经验。方法：本文中西医结合，采用西药胰岛素注射加中药验方鸡蛋黄油外敷以及口服中医药汤剂自拟活血逐瘀通络汤加减三法联用辨证调治。结果：经中西医结合，三法联用治疗二十余例糖尿病足患者均收满意疗效。结论：糖尿病足是一种很难治愈的病症，实践证明中西医结合三法联用提高疗效，缩短疗程，减少患者痛苦和经济负担。今介绍如下。

목적：알굴，복습，연구，교류연치당뇨병족적체회경험。방법：본문중서의결합，채용서약이도소주사가중약험방계단황유외부이급구복중의약탕제자의활혈축어통락탕가감삼법련용변증조치。결과：경중서의결합，삼법련용치료이십여례당뇨병족환자균수만의료효。결론：당뇨병족시일충흔난치유적병증，실천증명중서의결합삼법련용제고료효，축단료정，감소환자통고화경제부담。금개소여하。
Objective:To excavate, review, study, communicate the research and treatment on experience of diabetic foot. Methods:combination of the Chinese and Western medicine, the western medicine injection of insulin plus the Chinese medicine external application of egg butter and oral Chinese medicine decoction pulvis of activating blood stasis and relaxing vein decoction,the three methods combined with syndrome differentiation treatment. Results:by means of the combination of the Chinese and Western medicine, more than 20 patients with diabetic foot were received satisfactory effect by being treated with combining the three methods. Conclusion:the diabetic foot is a difficult to cure diseases, practice has proved that the combination of Chinese and Western medicine with three method combined can improve efficacy, shorten the course of treatment, reduce the pain and the economic burden of the patients.
