目的：观察声频共振在突发性耳聋和神经性耳鸣治疗中的作用。方法：收集治疗的突发性耳聋患者120例和神经性耳鸣患者248例，随机分为两组，治疗组辅助声频共振治疗，对照组不用声频共振治疗，观察两种方法的疗效是否相同。结果：突聋治疗组的总有效率91.67%，耳鸣治疗组总有效率93.18%，与对照组71.67%和71.88%，相比，差异均有统计学意义。结论：应用声频共振辅助治疗可提高突发性耳聋和神经性耳鸣的治疗效果。
목적：관찰성빈공진재돌발성이롱화신경성이명치료중적작용。방법：수집치료적돌발성이롱환자120례화신경성이명환자248례，수궤분위량조，치료조보조성빈공진치료，대조조불용성빈공진치료，관찰량충방법적료효시부상동。결과：돌롱치료조적총유효솔91.67%，이명치료조총유효솔93.18%，여대조조71.67%화71.88%，상비，차이균유통계학의의。결론：응용성빈공진보조치료가제고돌발성이롱화신경성이명적치료효과。
Objective:To observe the acoustic resonance in sudden deafness and nervous tinnitus treatment. Methods:120 cases of sudden deafness and 248 patients of nervous tinnitus patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group with acoustic resonance therapy, the control group without acoustic resonance therapy, to observe whether the curative effect observation of two methods is the same or not. Results:sudden deafness treatment group total effectiveness 91.67%, tinnitus treatment group total effectiveness 93.18%, compared with the control group, 71.67%and 71.88%, there was significant difference. Conclusion:the application of acoustic resonance assisted with treatment can improve treatment effect of the sudden deafness and nervous tinnitus.
