目的：观察中西医结合治疗原发性高血压的临床疗效。方法：使用辨证对比方式，将本院治疗的124例原发性高血压患者随机分为对照组（常规西医治疗）和观察组（中西医辨证结合治疗）各62例，经过两个月的治疗后，观察其临床治疗效果。结果：观察组显效率为61.3%，总有效率为95.2%，对照组显效率为43.5%，总有效率为75.8%，两组显效率和有效率比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；观察组收缩压和舒张压平均值明显低于对照组，两组患者血压值相比差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：中西医结合治疗原发性高血压较常规西医治疗具有更加良好的临床治疗效果，值得推广。

목적：관찰중서의결합치료원발성고혈압적림상료효。방법：사용변증대비방식，장본원치료적124례원발성고혈압환자수궤분위대조조（상규서의치료）화관찰조（중서의변증결합치료）각62례，경과량개월적치료후，관찰기림상치료효과。결과：관찰조현효솔위61.3%，총유효솔위95.2%，대조조현효솔위43.5%，총유효솔위75.8%，량조현효솔화유효솔비교，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)；관찰조수축압화서장압평균치명현저우대조조，량조환자혈압치상비차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：중서의결합치료원발성고혈압교상규서의치료구유경가량호적림상치료효과，치득추엄。
Objective :to observe the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of essential hypertension. Methods : using dialectical comparison method,124 cases of our hospital for treatment of essential hypertension patients were randomly divided into the control group (routine treatment) and the observation group (treated with combination of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM)and Western medicine syndrome) 62 cases, after two months of treatment, and observe its clinical therapeutic effect. Results:in the observation group, the significant efficiency was 61.3%, the total effective rate was 95.2%,while in the control group, the significant efficiency was 43.5%, the total effective rate was 75.8%, the two group of significant efficiency and efficiency compared,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);observation group systolic and diastolic blood pressure mean value was significantly lower than the control group,two groups of patients with blood pressure values had significant difference (P< 0.05). Conclusion:treatment of essential hypertension compared with conventional treatment of Western medicine with clinical treatment effect is more good combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine,worthy of promotion.
