目的：观察血栓康复三联疗法，治疗血栓最易形成的五大部位（头、颈、心、腰、腿）临床疗效。方法：采用MITI医用远红外热成像设备检查，确定血栓病灶位置与血流阻滞区域，根据轻重程度分为三级（Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ）。治疗：血栓微创定位清除疗法，解除微血栓压迫，恢复正常血液微循环，解除微血栓淤阻压迫导致的神经痉挛，疼痛及运动和语言障碍。结论：血栓康复三联疗法是目前微血栓康复治疗领域全新的综合治疗手段，其疗效安全有效。
목적：관찰혈전강복삼련요법，치료혈전최역형성적오대부위（두、경、심、요、퇴）림상료효。방법：채용MITI의용원홍외열성상설비검사，학정혈전병조위치여혈류조체구역，근거경중정도분위삼급（Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ）。치료：혈전미창정위청제요법，해제미혈전압박，회복정상혈액미순배，해제미혈전어조압박도치적신경경련，동통급운동화어언장애。결론：혈전강복삼련요법시목전미혈전강복치료영역전신적종합치료수단，기료효안전유효。
Objective:To observe thrombosis rehabilitation triple therapy, five parts of the treatment of thrombosis formation (head, neck, heart, waist, legs) clinical curative effect. Methods:the examination of MITI medical infrared thermal imaging equipment, determine the position of lesions and blood thrombus block area, according to the severity divided into three levels (I, II, III). Treatment:minimally invasive removal therapy, thrombus location, release micro thrombus oppression, restoration of normal blood circulation, relieve the micro thrombus blocking compression results in nerve spasm, pain and movement and language disorders. Conclusion: at present, the triple therapy of the rehabilitation of thrombus is a brand-new comprehensive treatment in the micro thrombus rehabilitation area, the safe and effective results are praised by the majority of patients.
