目的研究良性与恶性胸水中miRNA表达的差异,为临床早期鉴别良、恶性胸水提供依据。方法抽取18例肺癌患者及10例肺部良性病变患者的胸水,运用茎环逆转录荧光定量 PCR法检测let-7b、miRNA-24、miRNA-27b、miRNA-30d、miRNA-128a的表达水平,分析其在良、恶性胸水中的表达差异。结果 miRNA-24在恶性胸水中的表达高于在良性胸水中的表达,差异有统计学意义(P=0.032),而let-7b、miRNA-27b、miRNA-30d、miRNA-128a在良、恶性胸水中的表达差异无统计学意义(P=0.076、0.320、0.076、0.372)。结论 miRNA-24在恶性胸水中高表达,检测胸水中miRNA-24的表达水平可能是新的鉴别胸水良、恶性的手段。

목적연구량성여악성흉수중miRNA표체적차이,위림상조기감별량、악성흉수제공의거。방법추취18례폐암환자급10례폐부량성병변환자적흉수,운용경배역전록형광정량 PCR법검측let-7b、miRNA-24、miRNA-27b、miRNA-30d、miRNA-128a적표체수평,분석기재량、악성흉수중적표체차이。결과 miRNA-24재악성흉수중적표체고우재량성흉수중적표체,차이유통계학의의(P=0.032),이let-7b、miRNA-27b、miRNA-30d、miRNA-128a재량、악성흉수중적표체차이무통계학의의(P=0.076、0.320、0.076、0.372)。결론 miRNA-24재악성흉수중고표체,검측흉수중miRNA-24적표체수평가능시신적감별흉수량、악성적수단。
Objective To investigate the expression levels of microRNAs in malignant and benign pleural effusion. Meth-ods Pleural effusion samples were col ected from 18 cases of lung cancer and 10 cased of benign diseases. The expression levels of let- 7b, miRNA- 24, miRNA- 27b, miRNA- 30d and miRNA- 128a in the pleural effusion were detected with stem loop primer FQ RT- PCR method. Results The expression of miRNA- 24 in malignant pleural effusion was higher than that in benign pleural effusion (P=0.032);however there were no significant difference in expression of Let- 7b, miRNA- 27b, miRNA- 30d and miRNA- 128a between malignant and benign pleural effusion (P=0.076, 0.320, 0.076 and 0.372, respectively). Conclusion miR-NA- 24 is expressed at higher level in malignant pleural effusion, indicating that miRNA- 24 may be used to differentiate malignant pleural effusion from benign one.
