转炉煤气是脏污介质，流量传感器在线运行经常粘附煤气中的杂质，形成结晶体，堵塞取压孔，导致流量测量不准确，需要定期拆卸维护、校准。由于没有在线煤气流量校准设备，流量计的校准是个难题，如果送计量院进行校准，送检期间转炉煤气流量无法测量。利用煤气柜柜容，采用体积法校准煤气流量计，经过研究和实施，保证了流量计准确运行。

As converter gas is a dirty medium, online flowrate sensors are often adhered with foreign matters which form into crystallization to clog the pressure sampling hole and cause inaccuracy in flowrate measurement. So the sensors require periodic dismantling, repair and calibration. But calibration of the flowrate meter is difficult due to lack of online gas flowrate calibration equipment: if it is sent to the metrology institute?the gas flowrate could not be measured during the period of calibration. Through study and practice, the gas meter was calibrated by using the capacity of gasholder and adopting the volumetric method, ensur-ing accurate operation of the flowrate meter.
