随着中国经济的不断发展，企业之间的竞争越发激烈，拥有基于企业文化的核心竞争力是关乎企业生存和发展的关键。本文以华远地产为例，采用文献资料分析，理论研究，访谈法，问卷调查法等方法，经过相关专家审评，提取影响企业文化的影响因素，并初步构建基于KPI的企业文化模型，采用基于灰色评价模型的模糊综合评判法作为企业文化建设测评的方法。最后根据分析结果，针对于提高基于企业文化的核心竞争力提出有关建议。

With the development of China's economy, the competition between enterprises is more and more fierce. Having the core competitiveness based on enterprise culture is the key to the survival and development of enterprises. In this paper, we take HuaYuan Real estate company as an example, by using the methods of literature analysis, theoretical research, interviews, questionnaires and other methods, after the expert’s review, extract the factors influencing the enterprise culture, and establish the enterprise culture model by KPI. By using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, grey evaluation model based on the method of enterprise culture construction evaluation. Finaly, according to the results of the analysis, put forward the relevant suggestion on improving the competitiveness of enterprise culture.
