本文回顾了自20世纪经济学家在理论上提出货币的非国家化到大量程序员为实现这一构想而付出的努力，再到如今比特币扶摇直上的整个过程，从不同的角度分析比特币的优势以及存在的风险与缺陷，并借鉴目前国际已有的经验，针对我国比特币监管现状提出建议。
本文迴顧瞭自20世紀經濟學傢在理論上提齣貨幣的非國傢化到大量程序員為實現這一構想而付齣的努力，再到如今比特幣扶搖直上的整箇過程，從不同的角度分析比特幣的優勢以及存在的風險與缺陷，併藉鑒目前國際已有的經驗，針對我國比特幣鑑管現狀提齣建議。

This paper reviews the whole process of Bitcoins’ boom, starting from the proposal of the currency non-nationalization theoretically by the economist in the last century to the effort made by a great number of program-mers in order to realize this theory. Then it analyzes the advantages and disadvantage of the bitcoin from different an-gles. Finally,through learning from foreign experience, this paper gives advice based on the current situation of Chi-na and draws the conclusion that it’s better to treat bitcoin as a new type of investment rather than currency.
