介绍了无锡市妇幼保健院以身份证为唯一识别载体，实施集预约、排队、诊疗、结算、自助于一体的就诊“先诊疗，后结算”一卡通服务的具体实践，通过“易诊通”就医模式，带来了患者就诊时间大幅减少、在院候诊总人数大幅减少、医保和自费就诊全部实现一次结算等的运行成效，并对未来发展进行展望。指出实施“易诊通”就医模式是实现有序有目的就诊、缓解就诊“三长一短”现象的一种有效举措。
