目的：探讨全髋关节置换术的手术护理配合。方法：收集我可全髋关节置换术的36例患者，随机将其分对照组与观察组，对照组实施常规的护理措施，观察组患者实施手术护理配合措施，比较两组患者的手术时间、手术的出血量以及术后并发症发生率。结果：不同护理措施后观察组患者的手术时间、手术时的出血量以及术后并发症发生率均明显优于对照组，差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论：对于人工全髋置换术实施有效的手术护理配合，能够明显的提高手术治疗效果，加快手术的时间，并且降低并发症的发生率，得到医生和患者的好评。
목적：탐토전관관절치환술적수술호리배합。방법：수집아가전관관절치환술적36례환자，수궤장기분대조조여관찰조，대조조실시상규적호리조시，관찰조환자실시수술호리배합조시，비교량조환자적수술시간、수술적출혈량이급술후병발증발생솔。결과：불동호리조시후관찰조환자적수술시간、수술시적출혈량이급술후병발증발생솔균명현우우대조조，차이현저（P＜0.05）。결론：대우인공전관치환술실시유효적수술호리배합，능구명현적제고수술치료효과，가쾌수술적시간，병차강저병발증적발생솔，득도의생화환자적호평。
Objective: To investigate the nursing with the operation of total hip replacement. Methods: I 36 cases of total hip replacement patients, randomly dividedthe control group and the observation group, the control group routine nursing measures, operation and nursing measures of patients, comparing the two groups of patients with operation time, operation as wel as bleeding complications and rate.Results: the amount of bleeding and the incidence of postoperative complications was significantly better than the control group to observe the operation time, operationpatients of different nursing measures, significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion: fortotal hip arthroplasty operation nursing effectively, can improve the operationtherapeutic effect is obvious, to speed up the operation time, and reduce the incidence of complications, by doctors and patients.
