检测荷斯坦奶牛亚临床酮病血清中的生化指标,研究新疆亚临床酮病奶牛血液中生化指标的特点。选择产后1 d~15 d的荷斯坦亚临床酮病奶牛,通过应用自动生化分析仪、紫外分光光度计和酶联免疫分析法测定血清中BHBA、NEFA、GLU、BUN、TP、ALB、AST、ALT、TBI、TG、CT含量。结果表明,血清中GLU、ALB、CT的含量极显著低于对照组水平(P<0.01);血清中 BHBA、BUN、NEFA、TG、AST 和ALT含量极显著高于对照组水平(P<0.01);血清中 TP显著低于对照组水平(P<0.05)。血清中 TBI显著高于对照组水平(P<0.05)。由此提示,血清中各生化指标的含量均高于报道水平,可将血清中 BHBA的含量1.40 mmol/L作为诊断亚临床酮病的标准。血清中 GLU 、TG、NEFA等的含量可作为诊断亚临床酮病的辅助参考指标。

Through detecting the biochemical indexes in the serum of Holstein cows with subclinical keto-sis,we studyed the characteristics of biochemical indexes in the serum of Holstein cows with subclinical ke-tosis in Xin Jiang.The 1-15 d postpartum Holstein cows with subclinical ketosis were used.Through the application of automatic biochemical analyzer,UV spectrophotometer and enzyme-linked immunosorbent to assay the contents of BHBA,NEFA,GLU,BUN,TP,ALB,AST,ALT,TBI,TG,CT in serum.Test re-sults showed that the contents of GLU,ALB,CT in serum were significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01);the contents of BHBA,BUN,NEFA,TG,AST and ALT were significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01);the content of TP was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the content of TBI higher than the control group level(P<0.05).These results indicated that the serum biochemical indexes were higher than that in reported levels,thus,serum BHBA can be content 1 .40 mmol/L as the diagnostic criterion of subclinical ketosis.And serum GLU,TG,NEFA and other contents can be used as diagnostic aids for subclinical ketosis.
