鸭圆环病毒感染是由鸭圆环病毒引起鸭的一种以生长迟缓并有零星死亡为主要特征的免疫抑制病，常与其他病原体混合感染，给兽医临床诊断增加了难度。随着分子生物学与免疫学技术的日臻进步，鸭圆环病毒感染实验室诊断方法不断发展与完善。论文就近年来针对鸭圆环病毒感染的 PCR、套式 PCR、多重PCR、荧光定量PCR、LAMP、核酸探针、ELISA等实验室诊断方法的研究进展以及各种检测方法的优缺点进行综述，旨在为不同实验室寻找适合自己的检测方法以及发展新型检测方法提供参考，为鸭圆环病毒感染的诊断与综合防控提供合理的科学依据。

Duck circovirus infection caused by duck circovirus(DuCV)with a slow growth and sporadic death as the main characteristics of immune inhibition of disease,increased the difficulty for veterinary clinical diagnosis because of mixed infection with other pathogens.Laboratory diagnostic methods were continu-ously developed and improved with the gradual progress of molecular biology and immunology.In this pa-per,recent progress on PCR,nested PCR,multiplex PCR,fluorescence quantitative PCR,LAMP,nucleic acid probe,ELISA etc.were reviewed,in order to provide reference for different laboratories for synthetic their testing methods and the development of new methods,provide reasonable scientific basis for diagnosis and comprehensive prevention and control of duck circovirus infection.
