为了探讨热应激条件下内毒素对肉鸡肾脏的损伤作用,复制肉鸡热应激模型。采用鲎试剂法和生物化学方法检测不同热应激持续时间血清中内毒素、肌酐、尿素氮含量的变化;采用分子生物学方法检测肾脏内毒素特异性受体TLR4 mRNA表达的影响。结果显示,与对照组相比,热应激组肉鸡血清中内毒素、肌酐和尿素氮含量均极显著升高,肾脏中TLR4 mRNA水平显著上调。表明热应激刺激能使肉鸡血清中内毒素含量升高并对肉鸡肾脏造成损伤,肾脏的损伤程度与热应激持续时间呈正相关。
為瞭探討熱應激條件下內毒素對肉鷄腎髒的損傷作用,複製肉鷄熱應激模型。採用鱟試劑法和生物化學方法檢測不同熱應激持續時間血清中內毒素、肌酐、尿素氮含量的變化;採用分子生物學方法檢測腎髒內毒素特異性受體TLR4 mRNA錶達的影響。結果顯示,與對照組相比,熱應激組肉鷄血清中內毒素、肌酐和尿素氮含量均極顯著升高,腎髒中TLR4 mRNA水平顯著上調。錶明熱應激刺激能使肉鷄血清中內毒素含量升高併對肉鷄腎髒造成損傷,腎髒的損傷程度與熱應激持續時間呈正相關。

To investigate endotoxin-induced renal impairment in broilers under heat stress,we produced ani-mal model of heat stress.The variations of contents in endotoxin,creatinine and urea nitrogen in serum were detected by Limulus reagent test and biochemical methods during heat stress.The endotoxin-specific receptor TLR4 in kidney was detected by molecular biology methods during heat stress.The results showed that,compared with the control group,the contents of endotoxin,creatinine and urea nitrogen in serum were significantly elevated in the experimental group.The activity of TLR4 mRNA significantly ele-vated in the experimental group.It indicated that heat stress may cause higher purity of endotoxin and re-nal impairment in broilers.The degree of renal impairment and the duration of heat stress was positively correlated.
