目的：分析高血压患者健康教育后遵医行为的改变。方法：选择2011年上海某社区50岁以上高血压患者337例，调查其生活方式，并进行健康教育，一年后评价患者遵医行为。结果：健康教育后患者收缩压从干预前的（166±5.6） mmHg降至（132±6.8）mmHg，舒张压从（102±3.2）降至（82±2.4）mmHg；血压控制率从干预前的40.06%增至干预后的91.69%。测血压、服药、体检、饮食控制、戒烟限酒等遵医行为明显提高(P＜0.05)。结论：社区健康教育能提高中老年高血压患者的血压控制率和遵医行为。

목적：분석고혈압환자건강교육후준의행위적개변。방법：선택2011년상해모사구50세이상고혈압환자337례，조사기생활방식，병진행건강교육，일년후평개환자준의행위。결과：건강교육후환자수축압종간예전적（166±5.6） mmHg강지（132±6.8）mmHg，서장압종（102±3.2）강지（82±2.4）mmHg；혈압공제솔종간예전적40.06%증지간예후적91.69%。측혈압、복약、체검、음식공제、계연한주등준의행위명현제고(P＜0.05)。결론：사구건강교육능제고중노년고혈압환자적혈압공제솔화준의행위。
Objective:To analyze the changes of compliance behaviors of the patients with hypertension through health education. Methods:Three hundred and thirty-seven hypertensive patients aged 50 and over in one community in Shanghai were selected and their life ways were investigated. One year later after health education, their compliance behaviors were evaluated. Results:Through health education, their systolic pressure decreased from 166±5.6 mmHg to132±6.8 mmHg, diastolic pressure decreased from 102±3.2 to 82±2.4 mmHg and the blood pressure control rate increased from 40.06%to 91.69%. The compliance behaviors of blood pressure measurement, medication, physical examination, diet control, alcohol limitation and smoking quit were obviously upgraded. Conclusion:Community health education can increase the control rate of the blood pressure of middle and elderly patients with hypertension and their compliance behaviors.
