针对北斗卫星通讯点对点确认方式延时过大导致遥测站电源功耗增大、费用高等问题,为北斗卫星通信组网的水情自动测报系统,设计了一种特殊的数据编码方法和通信时序控制流程。利用北斗指挥型终端包含的通播功能,在一条北斗卫星通播报文中实现了中心站对系统中所有遥测站自报数据的确认,提高了系统数据传输的可靠性,也节省了通信费用。

In light of the problems of power consumption increase, high charges resulted from by long time delay of point-to-point communication of Beidou satellite, a special data encoding policy and communication timing sequence control procedure are designed for the automatic system of hydrologic data collection and transmission established by Beidou satellite communication network. By the broadcast function in command terminal of Beidou satellite, the confirmation of the center station to the telemetry data of all hydrological stations is realized in a broadcast package, which improves the reliability of data transmission of the sys-tem and saves the communication cost.
