目的：观察不稳定型心绞痛患者应用氯吡格雷进行治疗的临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。方法：选取不稳定型心绞痛患者86例，随机分成两组，对照组（ n＝43）：予以传统治疗；观察组（ n＝43）：在对照组治疗的基础上给予氯吡格雷治疗。结果：两组患者治疗前的C反应蛋白、血粘度情况、心绞痛的发作频率、持续时间及日消耗硝酸甘油量比较，均无统计学意义（ P＞0．05）；治疗后两组患者的C反应蛋白、血粘度情况、心绞痛的发作频率、持续时间及日消耗硝酸甘油量组间及组内比较，均有统计学意义（ P﹤0．05）；观察组总有效率为88．73％，对照组总有效率为74．42％，比较具有显著的统计学意义（ P＜0．05）；两组患者的安全性比较，具有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。结论：对不稳定型心绞痛患者应用氯吡格雷具有安全、显著的临床疗效，适合在临床上广泛推广应用。
목적：관찰불은정형심교통환자응용록필격뢰진행치료적림상료효급불량반응발생정황。방법：선취불은정형심교통환자86례，수궤분성량조，대조조（ n＝43）：여이전통치료；관찰조（ n＝43）：재대조조치료적기출상급여록필격뢰치료。결과：량조환자치료전적C반응단백、혈점도정황、심교통적발작빈솔、지속시간급일소모초산감유량비교，균무통계학의의（ P＞0．05）；치료후량조환자적C반응단백、혈점도정황、심교통적발작빈솔、지속시간급일소모초산감유량조간급조내비교，균유통계학의의（ P﹤0．05）；관찰조총유효솔위88．73％，대조조총유효솔위74．42％，비교구유현저적통계학의의（ P＜0．05）；량조환자적안전성비교，구유통계학의의（ P＜0．05）。결론：대불은정형심교통환자응용록필격뢰구유안전、현저적림상료효，괄합재림상상엄범추엄응용。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of clopidogrel in treatment of patients with unstable angina .Method:86 cases of unstable angina patients , randomly divided into two groups, the control group (n=43):to be the traditional treatment; the observation group (n=43): clopi-dogrel therapy based on the treatment in control group .Result:Before treatment , C reactive protein , blood viscosity , angina attack frequency , duration and daily consumption of nitroglycerin quantity in patients of two groups were compared, There's no statistical significance difference (P>0.05);After treatment ,C reactive protein,blood viscosity , angina attack frequency , duration and daily consumption of nitroglycerin was com-pared between two groups , there was statistically significant difference ( P <0.05);Total effective rate was 88.73%and 74.42%in the observation group and control group , There's statistically significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect is safe, significant on unstable angina with clopidogrel ,It's suitable for wide application in clinical practice .
