探究添加剂聚乙二醇(PEG)的不同分子量及浓度对于干-湿相转化法制备的聚醚砜(PES)中空纤维超滤膜结构和性能的影响。结果显示,随着 PEG分子量由600增大到20000,膜通量先增后减,在PEG分子量为6000时最大,为177.41 L/(h·m2);截留率、拉伸强度则均逐渐下降。随着 PEG-6000浓度由4%增大到10%,膜通量逐渐上升,截留率、拉伸强度逐渐下降。

The effect of polyethylene glycol (PEG)molecular weight and concentration on the performance of PES hollow-fiber membranes,fabricated by phase inversion process,was investigated.The results demonstra-ted that the rejection and tensile strength decrease gradually when the PEG molecular weight increases from 600 to 20 000.Meanwhile,the pure water flux first increases and then decreases,which reaches the maximum value of 177.41 L/(h·m2)at the PEG molecular weight of 6 000.In addition,with the increase of the PEG-6 000 concentration from 4% to 10%,the pure water flux gradually increases,whereas both the rejection and tensile strength gradually decrease.
