采用 sol-gel 法制备 W型 BaZn2 Fe16 O27铁氧体,借助 XRD、SEM 和网络分析仪等手段研究了PVP的添加对样品的电磁性能及吸波机理的影响。结果表明,添加 PVP 制备 BaZn2 Fe16 O27铁氧体并不改变其物相组成,但是片状颗粒的厚度由1μm 增加到5μm 左右。添加2%PVP 制得的样品在10~18 GHz频率范围内的相对输入阻抗更接近于1,并且在10~17 GHz 频率范围内的磁损耗能力增强。通过适量添加PVP制备BaZn2 Fe16 O27铁氧体可以改善其吸波性能,其反射损耗峰值由-15.7 dB增加到-19 dB。

W-type BaZn2 Fe16 O27 ferrite was synthesized by sol-gel method.Samples were characterized by XRD, SEM and network analyzer to investigate the influence of adding PVP on electromagnetic properties and micro-wave absorbing mechanism.The results showed that the phase composition was not changed,while the thick-ness of the flaky particles was increased from 1 to 5μm after adding PVP to prepare the ferrite.For the sample prepared with adding 2% PVP,the value of relative input impedance in the frequency range of 3.5-6.2 GHz and 10-18 GHz was more closer to 1,and the magnetic loss was enhanced in the frequency range of 10-17 GHz. Then,the microwave absorbing properties was improved.The peak value of reflection loss was increased from-1 5 .7 dB to -1 9 dB.
