以硼溶胶和 ZrB2微粉为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶/溶剂热法对 C/C 复合材料的表面和基体进行改性,通过XRD、SEM、EDS等测试手段对改性后的试样进行表征。重点研究了溶剂热温度对改性后 C/C 复合材料物相组成、显微结构及抗氧化性能的影响。结果表明,改性后的 C/C 复合材料表面被连续的 B2 O 3涂层和 ZrB2粉体覆盖,在基体内部的孔洞中也有B2 O 3和 ZrB2。C/C 复合材料的抗氧化性能也随着溶剂热温度(100~180℃)的升高逐渐提高,经过180℃改性后的 C/C 复合材料具有最好的抗氧化性能,在600℃氧化6 h后的氧化失重量仅为26.4 mg/cm2。

Carbon/carbon composites were modified with a borate sol precursor and ZrB2 micro-particles by a sol-gel/solvothermal method.The as-modified C/C composites were characterized by XRD,SEM,EDS tech-niques.The influences of the solvothermal treatment temperature on the phase,microstructures and anti-oxida-tion properties of the modified C/C composites were investigated.Results showed that the surface of the modi-fied composites was covered by a B2 O3 continuous molten layer and ZrB2 micro-particles,also the internal mi-cro-holes were occupied by B2 O3 and ZrB2 .The anti-oxidation property of the composites after modification im-proved with the increase of the solvothermal treatment temperature from 100 to 180 ℃.The carbon/carbon composite modified by 180 ℃ exhibits the best anti-oxidation ability,which could effectively protect carbon/carbon composite from oxidation in air at 600 ℃ for 6 h with a weight loss of 26.4 mg/cm2 .
