采用铜模吸铸法制备了 Fe64 Nd7 B25 Nb4块体合金,利用 X 射线衍射仪(XRD)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)和振动样品磁强计(VSM)研究了该合金的结构、晶化行为及磁性能。结果表明,该合金为非晶结构,在室温下表现为良好的软磁性,晶化处理后该合金表现为硬磁性。退火温度为963 K 时,内禀矫顽力(iHc)和剩磁(Br)分别为560.2 kA/m 和42.6 A· m2/kg。随着退火温度的升高,磁性能变差。

Fe64 Nd7 Nb4 B25 alloy was prepared by copper mold casting.The structure,crystallization behavior and magnetic properties were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD),differential scanning calorimetry (DSC)and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM).The results showed that Fe64 Nd7 Nb4 B25 alloy with amorphous struc-ture exhibited good soft magnetic property,while the alloy after crystallization treatment exhibited hard mag-netic property.When annealed at 963 K,the values of intrinsic coercivity (iHc)and remanence (Br)reached 560.2 kA/m and 42.6 A·m2/kg,respectively.With increasing the annealing temperature,the magnetic prop-erty got worse.
