目的 探析恶性妇科肿瘤中晚期患者实施术前介入疗法的应用价值.方法 入选我院恶性妇科肿瘤中晚期患者68例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组34例.治疗组术前实施介入疗法,对照组仅实施常规手术疗法,观察两组的临床效果、复发及副反应情况.结果 治疗组的总有效率(76.47％)明显高于对照组(58.82％),P＜ 0.05,治疗组的复发(9例)及副反应(9例)显著优于对照组(15例、20例),P＜ 0.05.结论 恶性妇科肿瘤中晚期实施术前介入疗法,临床效果确切,可靠安全,值得临床推广.

목적 탐석악성부과종류중만기환자실시술전개입요법적응용개치.방법 입선아원악성부과종류중만기환자68례,수궤분위치료조화대조조,매조34례.치료조술전실시개입요법,대조조부실시상규수술요법,관찰량조적림상효과、복발급부반응정황.결과 치료조적총유효솔(76.47％)명현고우대조조(58.82％),P＜ 0.05,치료조적복발(9례)급부반응(9례)현저우우대조조(15례、20례),P＜ 0.05.결론 악성부과종류중만기실시술전개입요법,림상효과학절,가고안전,치득림상추엄.
Objective To discuss application value of preoperative interventiconal therapy in patients with gynecological malignant tumor of middle and advanced stage.Methods 68 patients with gynecological malignant tumor of middle and advanced stage were chosen and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each group with 34 cases.Treatment group was given interventional treatment before operation,while control group was given routine operational treatment.Clinical effects,recurrences and side effects of two groups were observed.Results Total effective rate of treatment group was obviously higher than that of control group (P ＜ 0.05),and recurrences and side effects of treatment group were obviously less than those of control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Preoperative interventional therapy in the treatment of patients with gynecological malignant tumor of middle and advanced stage is effective and safe,worthy of clinical application.
