目的：检测高血压患者血浆同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）、超敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）及白细胞介素（IL）-6水平变化，探讨H型高血压血浆hs-CRP和IL-6水平变化作用，为 H型高血压的治疗提供新的思路和方法。方法选取湖北省荆州市第三人民医院2011年12月至2012年12月心血管内科住院高血压患者280例作为研究对象，高血压患者根据 H cy水平分为H型高血压128例和非H型高血压组152例，随机选择80例无高血压的健康人群作为健康对照组，比较3组间hs-CRP及IL-6水平。结果 H型高血压组血浆中hs-CRP及IL-6含量均较非 H型高血压组、健康对照组高，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论 H型高血压血浆炎性因子（hs-CRP、IL-6）升高，炎性反应可能是高血压发病的原因之一。
목적：검측고혈압환자혈장동형반광안산（Hcy）、초민C반응단백（hs-CRP）급백세포개소（IL）-6수평변화，탐토H형고혈압혈장hs-CRP화IL-6수평변화작용，위 H형고혈압적치료제공신적사로화방법。방법선취호북성형주시제삼인민의원2011년12월지2012년12월심혈관내과주원고혈압환자280례작위연구대상，고혈압환자근거 H cy수평분위H형고혈압128례화비H형고혈압조152례，수궤선택80례무고혈압적건강인군작위건강대조조，비교3조간hs-CRP급IL-6수평。결과 H형고혈압조혈장중hs-CRP급IL-6함량균교비 H형고혈압조、건강대조조고，차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。결론 H형고혈압혈장염성인자（hs-CRP、IL-6）승고，염성반응가능시고혈압발병적원인지일。
Objective To detect the change of homocysteine (Hcy ) ,high-sensitivity c-reactive protein (hs CRP) and interleukin 6 (IL-6) level in patients with hypertension ,to investigate the value of hs CRP and IL-6 in pa-tients with homocysteine type hypertension ,provide new ideas and methods for the treatment of homocysteine type hypertension .Methods Two hundred and eighty cases with hypertension were selected randomly to be subjects ,and divided into H type hypertension group included 128 cases and non H type hypertension group included 152 cases ac-cording to the level of homocysteine ,30 healthy people without high blood pressure were selected as control group . The level of hs CRP and IL-6 were compared in the three groups .Results The level of hs CRP and IL-6 in homocys-teine type hypertension goup were significantly higher than those in the other two groups (P<0 .05) .Conclusion Inflammatory cytokines(hs-CRP ,IL-6) in patients with homocysteine type hypertension increased ,inflammatory re-action may be one of the causes of hypertension .
