目的探讨宁夏富硒枸杞子对6种临床常见分离耐药菌(金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、铜绿假单胞菌、克柔假丝酵母菌、白色假丝酵母菌)体外抑菌活性的影响。方法采用微量稀释法及滤纸片扩散法,测定不同浓度的宁夏枸杞子对几种常见细菌和真菌的抑制效果,设置1.00、0.75、0.50、0.25g/mL4种枸杞子浓度和空白对照组共5组,测定最小抑菌浓度(M IC )和最小杀菌浓度(M BC )。结果不同浓度宁夏枸杞子提取物对耐药菌均有一定的抑菌效果,空白对照组,0.25、0.50、0.75、1.00 g/m L枸杞子浸出液对大肠埃希菌的抑菌环分别为0.00、(22.78±0.31)、(23.80±0.29)、(27.57±0.47)、(30.89±0.51)m m ;对铜绿假单胞菌的抑菌环分别为0.00、(23.07±0.45)、(24.16±0.49)、(29.34±0.39)、(35.16±0.34)mm ,并对铜绿假单胞菌绘制了生长曲线。不同浓度枸杞子提取物对大肠埃希菌和铜绿假单胞菌的抑菌作用强于其他4种细菌。结论枸杞子不同浓度提取物对临床分离耐药菌有明显的体外抑菌效果,为进一步全面开发宁夏富硒枸杞子的药物价值提供了依据。

목적탐토저하부서구기자대6충림상상견분리내약균(금황색포도구균、표피포도구균、대장애희균、동록가단포균、극유가사효모균、백색가사효모균)체외억균활성적영향。방법채용미량희석법급려지편확산법,측정불동농도적저하구기자대궤충상견세균화진균적억제효과,설치1.00、0.75、0.50、0.25g/mL4충구기자농도화공백대조조공5조,측정최소억균농도(M IC )화최소살균농도(M BC )。결과불동농도저하구기자제취물대내약균균유일정적억균효과,공백대조조,0.25、0.50、0.75、1.00 g/m L구기자침출액대대장애희균적억균배분별위0.00、(22.78±0.31)、(23.80±0.29)、(27.57±0.47)、(30.89±0.51)m m ;대동록가단포균적억균배분별위0.00、(23.07±0.45)、(24.16±0.49)、(29.34±0.39)、(35.16±0.34)mm ,병대동록가단포균회제료생장곡선。불동농도구기자제취물대대장애희균화동록가단포균적억균작용강우기타4충세균。결론구기자불동농도제취물대림상분리내약균유명현적체외억균효과,위진일보전면개발저하부서구기자적약물개치제공료의거。
Objective Discuss the antibacterial activity in vitro of Ningxia selenium enriched wolfberry on 6 kinds of drug resistance bacteria which were common in cilinic(Staphylococcus aureus ,Staphylococcus aureus ,Escherichia coli ,Pseudomonas aeruginosa ,Candida krusei ,Candida albicans) .Methods Microdilution method and filter paper dispersion method were used to determinate lixivium of clinically isolated strains of the minimal inhibitory concentration( MIC) and minimal bactericidal concentration(MBC) ,a total of five different concentration groups include the 1 .00 ,0 .75 ,0 .50 ,0 .25 g/mL 4 kinds of medlar concentration and the blank control group were set up Results Different concentrations of medlar extracts have bacteriostatic effect on drug resistant bacteria ,bacteriostatic ring of e .coli in 0 g/mL ,0 .25 g/mL ,0 .5 g/mL ,0 .75 g/mL and 1 g/mL concentration medlar leaching liquid were respectively 0 .00 mm ,(22 .78 ± 0 .31)mm ,(23 .80 ± 0 .29) mm ,(27 .57 ± 0 .47) mm and(30 .89 ± 0 .51) mm ;Bacteriostatic ring of pseudomonas aeruginosa were respectively 0 .00 mm ,(23 .07 ± 0 .45) mm ,(24 .16 ± 0 .49)mm ,(29 .34 ± 0 .39) mm and(35 .16 ± 0 .34)mm ,and mapped the growth curve of pseudomonas aeruginosa .Bacteriostasis of different concentration medlar leaching liquid for escherichia coli and pseudomonas aeruginosa bacteriostasis was stronger than that for the other 4 kinds of bacteria .Conclusion Different concentration extracts of Wolfberry produced Ningxia have obvious bacteriostatic effect in vitro on clinical isolated drug-resistant bacteria ,which provides basis for overall exploitation of medical value in ningxia selenium-rich wolfberry .
