目的：探讨中药配合血液透析治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的临床疗效，为临床应用做出指导。方法选择我院自2008年2月～2013年2月收治的52例慢性肾功能衰竭患者为研究对象，将其完全随机分为两组，对照组给予常规血液透析治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上加用中药治疗，对比观察两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果（1）两组患者治疗后血肌酐（Scr）、血尿素氮（BUN）指标均优于治疗前，且治疗组较对照组更明显，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；（2）观察组治疗后的总有效率为80.77%（21/26），明显高于对照组53.84%（14/26），差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论中药配合血液透析治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的临床疗效显著，值得临床广泛推广。
목적：탐토중약배합혈액투석치료만성신공능쇠갈적림상료효，위림상응용주출지도。방법선택아원자2008년2월～2013년2월수치적52례만성신공능쇠갈환자위연구대상，장기완전수궤분위량조，대조조급여상규혈액투석치료，치료조재대조조적기출상가용중약치료，대비관찰량조환자적림상치료효과。결과（1）량조환자치료후혈기항（Scr）、혈뇨소담（BUN）지표균우우치료전，차치료조교대조조경명현，차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）；（2）관찰조치료후적총유효솔위80.77%（21/26），명현고우대조조53.84%（14/26），차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론중약배합혈액투석치료만성신공능쇠갈적림상료효현저，치득림상엄범추엄。
Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine and hemodialysis in the treatment of chronic renal failure,which made guidance for clinical application. Methods 62 cases patients admitted to our hospital from February 2008 to February 2013 were divided into control group(given conventional hemodialysis) and treatment group(given traditional Chinese medicine based on control group),the clinical efficacy of two groups were compared. Results (1)After treatment the levels of Scr and BUN were better than that of before treatment and the treatment group was also better than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);(2)The total efficiency rate of treatment group(80.77%) was higher than that of control group(53.84%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine and hemodialysis have significant effects on treating chronic renal failure,which is worthy of clinical widely.
