目的：探讨在输液中途和封管后经静脉留置针采血对血糖和电解质测定结果的影响。方法将100例患者分为A、B两组，每组各50例。输液中途经静脉留置针采血为A组，在封管期间经静脉留置针采血为B组，并同时用负压采血管在A、B两组患者对侧肢体采集血标本做自身对照，对比检测血糖和电解质结果有无差异。结果应用静脉留置针在输液中途和封管后采血与其自身对照组检测结果差异均无显著意义（P＞0．05）。结论掌握正确的采血方法，在输液中途和封管后经静脉留置针采血检验血糖和电解质，不影响检验结果。
목적：탐토재수액중도화봉관후경정맥류치침채혈대혈당화전해질측정결과적영향。방법장100례환자분위A、B량조，매조각50례。수액중도경정맥류치침채혈위A조，재봉관기간경정맥류치침채혈위B조，병동시용부압채혈관재A、B량조환자대측지체채집혈표본주자신대조，대비검측혈당화전해질결과유무차이。결과응용정맥류치침재수액중도화봉관후채혈여기자신대조조검측결과차이균무현저의의（P＞0．05）。결론장악정학적채혈방법，재수액중도화봉관후경정맥류치침채혈검험혈당화전해질，불영향검험결과。
Objective To study of the effect on blood sugar and blood electrolytes results by blood sampling dur-ing infusion and intravenous catheter needle after sealed .Method 100 patients were selected and divided into group A and group B .50 patients in each group .Blood sampling in group A was taken by intravenous catheter during infu-sion .Blood sampling in group B was taken by intravenous catheter t during the closure tube .The contralateral limb blood samples was taken by vacuum blood collection tubes at the same time as self-control in group A and group B . The differences in the results of blood glucose and electrolytes between groups was measured and compared .Result There was no significant difference in blood test results by applying intravenous catheter sampling in the middle of infusion and after sealed tube compared with its own control group (P>0 .05) .Conclusion By correct usage of intra-venous catheter ,the blood test results was not effected by intravenous catheter sampling in the middle of infusion and after sealed tube .
