Different catheter materials%E.coli%Biofilm%Scanning electron microscope(SEM)
目的:观察不同材质导尿管对大肠埃希菌生物膜形成的影响。方法:在乳胶、纯硅胶、硅橡胶材质导尿管膜片上制备大肠埃希菌生物膜,扫描电镜观察生物膜的形态。用冲洗、冲洗+超声振荡方法处理附有不同生长时期生物膜的导尿管,通过菌落计数法了解两种方法对不同时期生物膜的清除效应。结果:乳胶、纯硅胶、硅橡胶导尿管生物膜内均有细菌团块样聚集,可见纤维素样物质交联。硅橡胶导尿管生物膜内纤维素样交联物相对较少。在生物膜形成的初期,两种处理方法具有相同清除效应;但当生物膜趋于成熟后,单用冲洗方法难以将黏附细菌洗脱。结论:建议选择使用经济、实用的硅橡胶导尿管。在生物膜形成初期,对导尿管一般冲洗能较彻底地清除黏附细菌。

목적:관찰불동재질도뇨관대대장애희균생물막형성적영향。방법:재유효、순규효、규상효재질도뇨관막편상제비대장애희균생물막,소묘전경관찰생물막적형태。용충세、충세+초성진탕방법처리부유불동생장시기생물막적도뇨관,통과균락계수법료해량충방법대불동시기생물막적청제효응。결과:유효、순규효、규상효도뇨관생물막내균유세균단괴양취집,가견섬유소양물질교련。규상효도뇨관생물막내섬유소양교련물상대교소。재생물막형성적초기,량충처리방법구유상동청제효응;단당생물막추우성숙후,단용충세방법난이장점부세균세탈。결론:건의선택사용경제、실용적규상효도뇨관。재생물막형성초기,대도뇨관일반충세능교철저지청제점부세균。
Objective:To investigate the effect of different catheter materials against formation of E.coli biofilm.Method:E.coli biofilms were prepared with three kinds of catheter,which were made of latex,pure silicone and silicone rubber,incubated with E.coli,and the biofilm morphology was observed by scanning electron microscope.In addition,two ways including washing,washing and ultrasound were employed to treat E.coli biofilms in different growth period.By colony counting method the two methods of biofilm removal effect in different periods were understood.Result:On the three catheter material surface there were coated with matrix by scanning electron microscopy,a great deal of bacteria adhered the fibrin matrix and clusters of bacteria cell were seen.Silicone rubber catheter within the biofilm fibrinoid cross-linked complexes was relatively less.The eradicative efficacy of various treatment showed,that two ways had similar efficacy of eradicate the young E.coli biofilms,but washing was difficult to eradicated the mature biofilm from catheter,compared with the strongest eradication of wash plus ultrasound.Conclusion:Catheters made of latex and pure silicone are easily adhered to bacteria and formation of E.coli,compared with silicone rubber;washing is effective methods to eradicate young biofilm adhered to catheters.
