目的：探讨围绝经期综合征中医肝郁分级与舌苔脱落细胞EGFR表达的相关性。方法：以30例健康妇女作为对照组，100例围绝经期综合征患者作为观察组，采用证素辨证进行中医肝郁病理分级，免疫组化检测舌苔脱落细胞EGFR的细胞着色强度值及阳性率。结果：观察组舌苔脱落细胞EGFR的细胞着色强度值及阳性率显著高于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组不同舌苔组和不同舌质组间EGFR差异无明显规律；观察组舌苔脱落细胞EGFR表达阳性率与肝郁病理分级呈正相关。结论：围绝经期综合症患者舌苔脱落细胞EGFR可以作为判断肝郁病变程度的重要参考。
목적：탐토위절경기종합정중의간욱분급여설태탈락세포EGFR표체적상관성。방법：이30례건강부녀작위대조조，100례위절경기종합정환자작위관찰조，채용증소변증진행중의간욱병리분급，면역조화검측설태탈락세포EGFR적세포착색강도치급양성솔。결과：관찰조설태탈락세포EGFR적세포착색강도치급양성솔현저고우대조조（P<0.05）；관찰조불동설태조화불동설질조간EGFR차이무명현규률；관찰조설태탈락세포EGFR표체양성솔여간욱병리분급정정상관。결론：위절경기종합증환자설태탈락세포EGFR가이작위판단간욱병변정도적중요삼고。
Objective:To detect the interrelationship between the expression of EGFR in tongue epithelial cell and pathological changes of live depression in perimenopausal syndrome. Method:30 healthy women and 100 perimenopausal syndrome patients were randomly investigated as the control group and experimental group. The points of liver depression were evaluated by syndrome element differentiation and the expression of EGFR was determined by immunohistochemistry. Result:The expression of EGFR was significantly higher in tongue epithelial cell of syndrome patients than in healthy women(P<0.05). Different tongue color groups and different tongue coating groups were not obviously difference in expression of EGFR. The expression of EGFR was positively correlated with the liver depression. Conclusion:The expression of EGFR in tongue epithelial cell is the important parameter for evaluating the level of liver depression.
