设备在线健康诊断及失效功能恢复是智能变电站可靠运行的保障。阐述了智能变电站智能电子设备(IED)在线评估与动态重构技术发展的迫切性。基于现有的 IEC 61850标准和即插即用技术，提出了在线评估与动态重构冗余备用的技术方案，探讨了即插即用、诊断模型、IED数据库自动生成、在线评估和动态重构等关键内容，分析了当前亟须解决的主要问题，符合新一代智能变电站发展方向。

Online state assessment and dynamic reconfiguration of faulty automation functions is the guarantee for reliable operation of smart substations.The urgency of technology development of online state assessment and dynamic reconfiguration of intelligent electronic devices(IEDs)in smart substation is illustrated.Based on the existing IEC 61850 standard and plug-and-play technology,a redundant backup schema of online assessment and dynamic reconfiguration is put forward.Further study is discussed on key techniques of plug-and-play,diagnosis model,automatic generation of IED database,online state assessment and dynamic reconfiguration.Current main problems demanding prompt solution are analyzed.
