目的：探讨婴幼儿留置双腔气囊导尿管气囊的最佳注水量。方法将90例需留置双腔气囊导尿管3岁以下婴幼儿，随机分配到相应的试验1、2组和对照组，各30例。试验1组注入水2 ml，试验2组注入4 ml，对照组按尿管标注容量注入3 ml。通过相关指标的观察，探讨婴幼儿留置气囊导尿管气囊的最佳注水量，以降低留置尿管出现漏尿、脱管、尿路感染、尿路损伤等并发症发生，为婴幼儿临床留置尿管提供参考。结果试验1组出现漏尿14例、血尿0例；试验2组出现漏尿9例、血尿11例；对照组漏尿5例、血尿4例。结论婴幼儿留置双腔气囊导尿管气囊的最佳注水量为3 ml，可减少尿道损伤出血、尿液外渗、尿管脱出的现象，减少对膀胱刺激，降低泌尿系感染的发生率，对临床有指导意义。

목적：탐토영유인류치쌍강기낭도뇨관기낭적최가주수량。방법장90례수류치쌍강기낭도뇨관3세이하영유인，수궤분배도상응적시험1、2조화대조조，각30례。시험1조주입수2 ml，시험2조주입4 ml，대조조안뇨관표주용량주입3 ml。통과상관지표적관찰，탐토영유인류치기낭도뇨관기낭적최가주수량，이강저류치뇨관출현루뇨、탈관、뇨로감염、뇨로손상등병발증발생，위영유인림상류치뇨관제공삼고。결과시험1조출현루뇨14례、혈뇨0례；시험2조출현루뇨9례、혈뇨11례；대조조루뇨5례、혈뇨4례。결론영유인류치쌍강기낭도뇨관기낭적최가주수량위3 ml，가감소뇨도손상출혈、뇨액외삼、뇨관탈출적현상，감소대방광자격，강저비뇨계감염적발생솔，대림상유지도의의。
Objective To explore the best water injection of infants with indwelling double lumen balloon catheter with balloon. Methods 90 patients with indwelling double lumen balloon catheter in children under 3 years old,were randomly assigned to the experimental group and the corresponding control group. Water injection inwxperiment 1 was 2 ml,experimental group 2 was 4 ml,control group was 3 ml annotation capacity injection catheter. Through the observation of related index to study the best water injection,infants with indwelling catheter balloon catheter, in order to reduce the leakage of urine,off tube,urinary tract infection,urinary tract complications,to provide reference for clinical indwelling catheter. Results Urine leakage occurred in the test group 1 was 14 cases,0 case of hematuria;urine leakage occurred in experimental 2 group was 9 cases,hematuria in 11 cases;4 cases of control group 5 leakage of urine,hematuria. Conclusion The best water injection rate in infants indwelling double lumen balloon catheter balloon is 3 ml,can reduce the urethral injury bleeding,urinary extravasation,catheter prolapse phenomenon,reduce the incidence of bladder,urinary tract infection,which is helpful for clinical.
