目的:探讨血必净对急性胰腺炎患者血清TNF-α、IL-1β和IL-6浓度的影响。方法将79例急性胰腺患者随机分为血必净治疗组(41例)和常规治疗组(38例),另用健康体检者33例作为对照组。分别于发病后第1、3天和第1、2周抽血,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定血清TNF-α、IL-1β和IL-6的浓度。结果发病后第1、3天,患者血清TNF-α、IL-1β和IL-6浓度高于对照组,发病后第1周患者血清TNF-α、IL-1β浓度高于对照组。与常规治疗组相比,血必净治疗组第3天、第1周血清TNF-α、IL-1β浓度降低,第3天血清IL-6浓度降低。结论在急性胰腺炎发病后早期,血必净治疗能够降低患者血清TNF-α、IL-1β和IL-6的浓度,保护胰腺及其他器官。

목적:탐토혈필정대급성이선염환자혈청TNF-α、IL-1β화IL-6농도적영향。방법장79례급성이선환자수궤분위혈필정치료조(41례)화상규치료조(38례),령용건강체검자33례작위대조조。분별우발병후제1、3천화제1、2주추혈,채용매련면역흡부법(ELISA)측정혈청TNF-α、IL-1β화IL-6적농도。결과발병후제1、3천,환자혈청TNF-α、IL-1β화IL-6농도고우대조조,발병후제1주환자혈청TNF-α、IL-1β농도고우대조조。여상규치료조상비,혈필정치료조제3천、제1주혈청TNF-α、IL-1β농도강저,제3천혈청IL-6농도강저。결론재급성이선염발병후조기,혈필정치료능구강저환자혈청TNF-α、IL-1β화IL-6적농도,보호이선급기타기관。
Objective To invesgate the effects of Xuebijing on serum concentrations of TNF-α,IL-1β and IL-6 in patients with acute pancreatitis(AP).Methods All of 79 patients were randomly divided into two groups:Xuebijing group (41 cases) and conventional treatment group (55 cases), with 33 healthy volunteers as a control group. ELISA were applied to measure the serum concentration of these cytokine:TNF-α, IL-1β and IL-6 at different timepoints(1 d,3 d,1 w,2 w after the onset of AP ). Results The serum of concentrations of TNF-α, IL-1β and IL-6 reached the maximum on the first day when AP occured, the serum concentration of TNF-α,IL-1βand were still at high level at the third day after occurrence compared with the control group(P<0.05). And at the end of the first week, serum concentration of TNF-α,IL-1βwere still higher than the control group(P<0.05). Compared with the conventional treatment group, serum concentrations of TNF-αof Xuebijing group were significantly decreased from the third day to the seventh day, and the serum concentrations of IL-1βand IL-6 were significantly reduced on the third day (P<0.05). Conclusion Xuebijing can reduce serum concentrations of TNF-α, IL-1βand IL-6 at the early stage of the AP course. Inhibiting the inflammation may be the molecular mechanisms through which Xuebijing treat AP.
