Multi-slice spiral CT%Adrenal tumors%Tumor-like lesions%Tomography%X-ray computed
目的:探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)在肾上腺肿瘤及肿瘤样病变中的诊断价值及其临床意义。方法:收集经临床保守治疗或手术病理证实的肾上腺肿瘤及肿瘤样病变24例,进行多层螺旋CT检查及三维重建,后处理技术包括薄层重建、多平面重组(MPR)、容积重组(VR)及最大密度投影(MIP),并进行回顾性分析。结果:24例肾上腺占位病变中,肾上腺增生7例,腺瘤6例,髓样脂肪瘤2例,肾上腺囊肿3例,嗜铬细胞瘤1例,肾上腺转移癌5例。肾上腺良性病变直径多小于3 cm,边界清晰。三维重建图像能清晰显示肾上腺肿瘤及肿瘤样病变的细微结构并能比较准确地对肾上腺肿瘤及肿瘤样病变作出诊断。结论:多层螺旋CT图像质量好,对肾上腺肿瘤及肿瘤样病变的综合判断能力较强,具有较好的应用价值。

목적:탐토다층라선CT(MSCT)재신상선종류급종류양병변중적진단개치급기림상의의。방법:수집경림상보수치료혹수술병리증실적신상선종류급종류양병변24례,진행다층라선CT검사급삼유중건,후처리기술포괄박층중건、다평면중조(MPR)、용적중조(VR)급최대밀도투영(MIP),병진행회고성분석。결과:24례신상선점위병변중,신상선증생7례,선류6례,수양지방류2례,신상선낭종3례,기락세포류1례,신상선전이암5례。신상선량성병변직경다소우3 cm,변계청석。삼유중건도상능청석현시신상선종류급종류양병변적세미결구병능비교준학지대신상선종류급종류양병변작출진단。결론:다층라선CT도상질량호,대신상선종류급종류양병변적종합판단능력교강,구유교호적응용개치。
Objective:To investigate the value and clinical significance of multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT)in the diagnosis of adrenal tumors and tumor-like lesions.Method:24 cases with surgically pathologically or clinical confirmed adrenal tumors and tumor-like lesions were examined with multi-slice spiral CT and 3D reconstruction and retrospectively analyzed.Post-processing techniques included thin-layer reformation,multiplanar reformation (MPR),volume reformation(VR)and maximum intensity projection(MIP).Result:Among 24 patients,adrenal hyperplasia was found in 7 cases, adenoma in 6 cases,myelolipoma in 2 cases,endothelial cysts in 3 cases,pheochromocytoma in 1 case,and metastatic tumors in 5 cases.The diameter of most benign lesions was less than 3 cm.3D photograph showed clearly the type and the micro-structure of adrenal tumors and tumor-like lesions. Conclusion:The quality of MSCT images is excellent,and MSCT can evaluate causes of benign and malignant the adrenal tumors and tumor-like lesions and should be widely applied.
