目的：探讨诊断肺癌有效的脱落细胞学检查标本留取方式。方法：选取2010年3月-2013年6月江西省肿瘤医院收治的205例肺癌患者作为研究对象，所有患者均接受痰液脱落细胞学检查，根据脱落细胞学检查标本留取方式将其分为观察组104例和对照组101例，观察组采用超声雾化加拍背导痰的方法留取标本，对照组采用常规留痰的方法留取标本。比较两组患者肺癌细胞检出率。结果：观察组的肺癌细胞检出率明显高于对照组，比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：超声雾化拍背导痰是诊断肺癌有效的脱落细胞学检查标本留取方式，值得在临床上推广。
목적：탐토진단폐암유효적탈락세포학검사표본류취방식。방법：선취2010년3월-2013년6월강서성종류의원수치적205례폐암환자작위연구대상，소유환자균접수담액탈락세포학검사，근거탈락세포학검사표본류취방식장기분위관찰조104례화대조조101례，관찰조채용초성무화가박배도담적방법류취표본，대조조채용상규류담적방법류취표본。비교량조환자폐암세포검출솔。결과：관찰조적폐암세포검출솔명현고우대조조，비교차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론：초성무화박배도담시진단폐암유효적탈락세포학검사표본류취방식，치득재림상상추엄。
Objective:To investigate the effective cytology specimens collecting method for diagnosis of lung cancer.Method:According to the cytology specimens collecting method,205 cases of lung cancer admitted into the Jiangxi Provincial Tumour Hospital from March 2010 to June 2013 were divided into the observation group for 104 cases and the control group for 101 cases,and the observation group was given ultrasonic atomization with pat on the back,while the control group was given the conventional way,the lung cancer cell detection rate was compared between the two groups.Result:The detection rate of lung cancer cells in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The ultrasonic atomization with pat on the back is an effective cytology specimens collecting method for diagnosis of lung cancer, it is worth promoting in clinical practice.
