目的:比较两种桩核材料用于磨牙冠缺损的修复效果。方法:临床选择45例患者共61颗患牙的磨牙缺损,按照随机数字表法分为两组,分别进行铸造插销式分体桩核和银汞-银粉玻璃离子桩核金瓷冠修复,3年后对修复效果进行评价。结果:铸造插销式分体桩核组共20例患者25颗患牙,未出现桩冠脱落、根折和桩折等,成功率100%;银汞-银粉玻璃离子桩核组共25例患者36颗患牙,出现桩折1颗患牙,未出现桩冠脱落、根折等,成功率97.2%。两组成功率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对于重度磨牙缺损病例,选用铸造插销式分体桩核和银汞-银粉玻璃离子桩核金瓷冠修复均可,但对于患者希望减少就诊次数、经济费用以及临床操作简便的,选用银汞-银粉玻璃离子桩核更合适。

목적:비교량충장핵재료용우마아관결손적수복효과。방법:림상선택45례환자공61과환아적마아결손,안조수궤수자표법분위량조,분별진행주조삽소식분체장핵화은홍-은분파리리자장핵금자관수복,3년후대수복효과진행평개。결과:주조삽소식분체장핵조공20례환자25과환아,미출현장관탈락、근절화장절등,성공솔100%;은홍-은분파리리자장핵조공25례환자36과환아,출현장절1과환아,미출현장관탈락、근절등,성공솔97.2%。량조성공솔비교차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론:대우중도마아결손병례,선용주조삽소식분체장핵화은홍-은분파리리자장핵금자관수복균가,단대우환자희망감소취진차수、경제비용이급림상조작간편적,선용은홍-은분파리리자장핵경합괄。
Objective:To compare the effect of two post and core materials in restoration of severely defected molars. Method:Forty-five patients with 61 severely defect molars were randomly divided into two groups,and they were treated with cast metal post-core and amalgam-silver alloy-glass ionomer post-core respectively. The repair effect after 3 years was evaluated. Result:In the 20 patients with 25 teeth in cast metal post-core was no crown off,root fracture and pile fracture,the success rate was 100%;In the 25 patients with 36 teeth in amalgam-silver alloy-glass ionomer post-core group, one tooth appeared post fracture,no shedding,crown root fracture,the success rate was 97.2%. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion:For severe molar defect cases,both cast metal post-core and amalgam-silver alloy-glass ionomer post-core can be used,but amalgam-silver alloy-glass ionomer post-core cost less.
