目的：探讨内镜下高频电切除结肠息肉的临床效果及围术期护理方法。方法选取我院收治的90例行内镜下高频电切除治疗的结肠息肉患者，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果所有患者手术均顺利完成，平均手术时间（15.4±2.4）min，未出现烧伤、结肠穿孔以及大出血等并发症，术后平均住院时间（5.3±1.8）d，术后随访2年内未出现复发病例。息肉主要分布于直肠和乙状结肠，经病理检查显示腺瘤所占比例最高。结论内镜下高频电切除治疗结肠息肉创伤小，且安全可靠，术后恢复快；术前进行心理护理和肠道准备，术中与医生默契配合，术后积极处理并发症，对于保证手术成功具有重要作用。
목적：탐토내경하고빈전절제결장식육적림상효과급위술기호리방법。방법선취아원수치적90례행내경하고빈전절제치료적결장식육환자，대기림상자료진행회고성분석。결과소유환자수술균순리완성，평균수술시간（15.4±2.4）min，미출현소상、결장천공이급대출혈등병발증，술후평균주원시간（5.3±1.8）d，술후수방2년내미출현복발병례。식육주요분포우직장화을상결장，경병리검사현시선류소점비례최고。결론내경하고빈전절제치료결장식육창상소，차안전가고，술후회복쾌；술전진행심리호리화장도준비，술중여의생묵계배합，술후적겁처리병발증，대우보증수술성공구유중요작용。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of endoscopic high frequency electro excision of colon polyps and perioperative nursing method. Methods Selected our hospital received 90 cases of endoscopic high frequency electro excision of colon polyps, their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results all operation were smoothly completed,the average operation time was(15.4±2.4) min, didn't appear burn, colon perforation, and bleeding such as complications, postoperative mean length of hospital stay was(5.3±1.8) d, postoperative followed-up of 2 years did not appear relapse cases Mainly distributed in rectum and sigmoid colon polyp, the pathological examination showed highest proportion of adenomas. Conclusion Endoscopic high frequency electro excision of colon polyps small trauma, safe and reliable, fast postoperative recovery, preoperative psychological nursing and bowel preparation, intraoperative cooperate with doctor tacit understanding, actively deal with postoperative complications, plays an important role in ensuring successful operation.
