目的:复习肺动静脉畸形(PAVM)的MSCT影像表现并探讨MSCT及后处理技术对PAVM的诊断价值。方法:收集2001年3月-2011年5月本院收治的10例经影像和临床证实的PAVM病例资料,分析其MSCT影像特点,探讨MSCT对PAVM的诊断价值。结果:9例为单发,其中1例位于左肺,8例位于右肺;1例为多发,两病灶分别位于左右两肺叶,MSCT诊断PAVM正确率100%,7例PAVM予以图像后处理,其中6例PAVM能清晰显示畸形动、静脉及瘤囊。结论:MSCT及后处理技术对PAVM的诊断有重要价值,可作为首选检查手段。

목적:복습폐동정맥기형(PAVM)적MSCT영상표현병탐토MSCT급후처리기술대PAVM적진단개치。방법:수집2001년3월-2011년5월본원수치적10례경영상화림상증실적PAVM병례자료,분석기MSCT영상특점,탐토MSCT대PAVM적진단개치。결과:9례위단발,기중1례위우좌폐,8례위우우폐;1례위다발,량병조분별위우좌우량폐협,MSCT진단PAVM정학솔100%,7례PAVM여이도상후처리,기중6례PAVM능청석현시기형동、정맥급류낭。결론:MSCT급후처리기술대PAVM적진단유중요개치,가작위수선검사수단。
Objective:To review imaging manifestations of MSCT in pulmonary arteriovenous malformations and explore the diagnostic value of MSCT in PAVM.Method:The clinical data of the 10 cases with PAVM confirmed by imaging and the clinical from March 2001 to May 2011 were collected,and MSCT imaging characteristics were analyzed,and the value of MSCT in diagnosis of PAVM was explored.Result:A total of 9 cases were single cases,one of which located in the left lung and 8 cases located in the right lung.Only 1 case was multiple case,and two lesions located in the left and right pulmonary lobes,the correct diagnosis rate of MSCT was 100%in PAVM,and 7 cases with PAVM were given image post-processing,6 cases with PAVM could clearly display abnormal arteriovenous and tumor capsule.Conclusion:MSCT and post-processing techniques have an important value in the diagnosis of PAVM,and it can be used as the preferred examination means.
