目的：观察钛夹联合内镜下黏膜切除术对重度胃黏膜脱垂症的治疗效果及安全性。方法：对53例经胃镜确诊的重度胃黏膜脱垂症患者采用钛夹联合内镜下黏膜切除术治疗，并分别于术后4周、8周行临床症状随访和胃镜复查。结果：53例患者治疗成功率100%，4周有效率98.1%，8周有效率100%，无出血、穿孔等并发症发生。结论：钛夹联合内镜下黏膜切除术治疗重度胃黏膜脱垂症疗效确切，安全性高，是目前比较先进的微创治疗方法之一。
목적：관찰태협연합내경하점막절제술대중도위점막탈수증적치료효과급안전성。방법：대53례경위경학진적중도위점막탈수증환자채용태협연합내경하점막절제술치료，병분별우술후4주、8주행림상증상수방화위경복사。결과：53례환자치료성공솔100%，4주유효솔98.1%，8주유효솔100%，무출혈、천공등병발증발생。결론：태협연합내경하점막절제술치료중도위점막탈수증료효학절，안전성고，시목전비교선진적미창치료방법지일。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect and safety of in the titanium clip combined with endoscopic mucosal resection treatment of severe gastric mucosa prolapse disease. Method:53 cases of severe gastric mucosa prolapse disease were treated with titanium clip combined with endoscopic mucosal resection,all of the 53 cases were clinical followed and endoscopic examination in 4 and 8 weeks after the operation. Result:The success rate was 100%,the effective rate was 98.1%in 4 weeks and 100%in 8 weeks after the operation. There was no bleeding and perforation in or after the operation. Conclusion:The titanium clip combined with endoscopic in treatment of severe gastric mucosa prolapse disease is effective and safe,which is one of the advanced method to treat gastric mucosa prolapse.
