目的：比较运用切开复位克氏针内固定术和切开复位钢板内固定术治疗锁骨骨折的临床疗效。方法：将196例锁骨骨折患者按随机数字表法分成克氏针组及钢板组，分别接受切开复位克氏针内固定术和切开复位钢板内固定术。比较两组固定效果。结果：196例均获得随访，随访时间6~18个月。两组术后临床疗效比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；两组骨折愈合情况比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：两种内固定方法是治疗锁骨骨折的切实可行的方法，各有优缺点，克氏针内固定具有切口小、损伤小、恢复快等优点，但内固定物易松动致骨折畸形愈合；钢板内固定稳定可靠，但切口大、损伤大、骨折延迟愈合、不愈合比例高。
목적：비교운용절개복위극씨침내고정술화절개복위강판내고정술치료쇄골골절적림상료효。방법：장196례쇄골골절환자안수궤수자표법분성극씨침조급강판조，분별접수절개복위극씨침내고정술화절개복위강판내고정술。비교량조고정효과。결과：196례균획득수방，수방시간6~18개월。량조술후림상료효비교차이무통계학의의（P>0.05）；량조골절유합정황비교차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론：량충내고정방법시치료쇄골골절적절실가행적방법，각유우결점，극씨침내고정구유절구소、손상소、회복쾌등우점，단내고정물역송동치골절기형유합；강판내고정은정가고，단절구대、손상대、골절연지유합、불유합비례고。
Objective:To compare the use of open reduction and internal fixation with Kirschner wire and open reduction and plate fixation of two internal fixation methods for the treatment of clavicle fracture. Method:196 cases of clavicular fracture were divided into Kirschner wire group and plate group according to random number table method, respectively,underwent open reduction and internal fixation with Kirschner wire and open reduction and internal fixation with steel plate. Result:196 cases were followed up for 6-18 months,the clinical efficacy of two groups after the comparison without statistical significance(P>0.05);the fracture healing of two groups was compared,the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion:The two kinds of internal fixation methods for the treatment of clavicle fracture is a practicable method,each has advantages and disadvantages,Kirschner wire internal fixation with small incision,economic, little injury,quick recovery,but internal fixators loosening caused by malunion of fracture;steel plate internal fixation is stable and reliable,but the high cost,big,incision damage,fracture delayed union,nonunion ratio high.
